8.58 FLOOR — Integer floor function

Description:
FLOOR(X) returns the greatest integer less than or equal to X.

Syntax:
I = FLOOR(X[,KIND])
Arguments:

X The type shall be REAL(*).
KIND Optional scaler integer initialization expression.

Return value:
The return value is of type INTEGER(KIND)
Example:

              print *, floor(x) ! returns 63
              print *, floor(y) ! returns -64
