The Small attribute is defined in Ada 95 (and Ada 2005) only for
fixed-point types.
GNAT also allows this attribute to be applied to floating-point types
for compatibility with Ada 83. See
the Ada 83 reference manual for an exact description of the semantics of
this attribute when applied to floating-point types.
