For text files it is possible to specify the encoding to use. This is
controlled by the by the GNAT_CCS_ENCODING
environment
variable. And if not set TEXT
is assumed.
The possible values are those supported on Windows:
Translated text mode
Translated unicode encoding
Unicode 16-bit encoding
Unicode 8-bit encoding
This encoding is only supported on the Windows platform.
