ErFC(X)
ErFC: REAL function, the KIND= value of the type being that of argument X.
X: REAL; scalar; INTENT(IN).

Description:
Returns the complementary error function of X:
ERFC(R) = 1 - ERF(R) (except that the result might be more
accurate than explicitly evaluating that formulae would give).
